1. Do You Ship Worldwide?
We sure do. We can ship goods to most countries around the world.

2. Where Do You Ship From?
Normally we send packages out from China. Meanwhile, we also have US warehouse. It depends on the inventory status of warehouse.

3. What Is The Shipping Cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $30.

4. What Is The Shipping Time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. And it will take an additional 2-4 days for the factory to process the orderss.

Shipping time: It usually takes 8-15 days to deliver the packages for US orders and 15-30 days for international orders. However the shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

5. How Do I Track My Package?
You can track your order via the confirmation email or at www.17track.net/en.

6. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

7. Why My Payment Was Declined?
If your credit card is declined, there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available; you entered the wrong CSV security code; the card is expired; you entered the wrong billing information; the card does not allow internet purchase, etc. In any event, please contact your issuing bank for further information.

You can also try a different credit card or use Paypal as your checkout method.

8. How Do I Cancel My Order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Please contact us by email for cancellation as soon as possible in case the order is being processed by the shipment company. Otherwise, the order can not be cancelled if the package is already sent out. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

10. What If My Address Is Wrong Or Can I Change To Another Address?

If your package is sent out before you contact us for changing address, it might be too late for us to handle. But we will help to check with shipping company if they can return the package and resend to the new address. If any extra fee charged by the shipping company in this case, it will be borne by the customer.
