We do not accept refund request for the below situation:
1. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. The item is outside of our return period which is 15 days after the package delivered.

Please note:
1. Shipping costs are not-refundable. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customers unless the products are defective or damaged.
2. Refund will be sent back to your payment card once we receive the returned package. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.
